Eligibility: This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, except employees of The View Bar and Bistro and their immediate families.
Entry Period: The competition begins on 1st February 2024 and ends on 1st March 2024 at 11:59 PM BST.
How to Enter: Participants must complete the entry form, to be considered for entry and already have a reservation for our Mother's Day Lunch. Each participant is limited to one entry.
Prize: The prize consists of a 2 course meal at the Mother's Day Lunch at The View Bar and Bistro Chorley plus a single serve bottle of prosecco.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random using an online prize draw tool on 1st March 2024. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Notification: The winner will be notified via Phone on 1st March. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
Data Protection: Personal information provided during entry will be used for the administration of this prize draw and in consequently for marketing only in relation to The View Bar and Bistro and it’s parent company BusyFoodCo in accordance with our privacy policy.
Prize Redemption: The winner must redeem the prize at the Mother's Day Lunch and no alternate date will be made available. Specific details on prize redemption will be provided to the winner.
General Conditions: The View Bar and Bistro reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible.
Governing Law: This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
